PSA 10 QUESTION

Hi, can a psa 10 1970's card have a print dot (hickey) circle on the back?

    You can show the card for a better opinion, but I have seen some 10s with print dots / fish eyes/etc on the back (and a few on front--if it doesn't distract the appeal).

    Supposedly any card where there was that kind of print defect on every copy printed can get a 10 if it meets all other criteria.

    I've made my thoughts on this known before (strongly against) but there are others have no issue with this.

    Not likely to see this changed as there are probably many such "10s" already out there.
