Over the weekend, I recieved some coins from Aaron.
A 1961 PR69DCAM Washington, which broke a tie for the current #3 set and put my set ahead by a whole .01 point!
Watch-out, Danny! LOL!
Also, a '35-S & '37 Washingtons that advanced my set one notch up!
And, today, I recieved a sweetly toned '43 MS67FB Merc, that helped me get a little closer to Mark (and Joshua II)!
If Aaron ever starts selling Standing Libs, I'll NEVER get out of the hole!!! LOL
Again, I owe Aaron more than just a thanks!

Don (edited for sp.)

Nice additions!!!!!!
I managed to pick up a 28-65fb last night off David Lawrence site...it was rated (1*****), no picture though, I trust thier grading system, they have been right on every time.
Way to go on the sets.

I am always looking over my shoulder to see who is
creeping up behind.
I guess I need to locate an upgrade this weekend.

I just ordered a couple of Washingtons from D.L., a '42 & '46 in MS66. They both had a (3****) rating. Looking for some nicely toned ones to replace the "Boring" Blast white ones in my set. LOL Couldn't pass-up the 7% off sale!
Danny,
Your worries should not be for me. I could never reach your plateau. I'd be VERY happy to recieve just one of your rejects(?)!
You see that "Honeycutt" Ferrari in your rear-view? I have a feeling that he's just waitin' on a clear straightaway (in this case, a '36 in PR66+), and a few of us will left in his dust!

Don
Honeycutt has some of the best proof sets in numerous catagories.
For some reason, he always leaves out one coin when registering his set. Usually one coin short of 100% completion. I believe he would be
#1 in just about every listing that he has a set registered, (if he included the missing coin), which he probably has anyhow.
I believe that the missing coin is already in his possession, he just likes to list all but one coin in every proof set he registers.
There is a thread about his identity on this board, check it out.
