Fun with Panini
I don't buy a ton of new stuff, but got some football as a gift back in 2015. I got a relatively minor redemption that I promptly sent in. 6 months go by with no card. I send an email, no responses, and I forget about it for another 6 months. Send another email, no response and forget about it for another year (we're up to October of this year now). I decide to call, so I try that and get disconnected twice while waiting on hold. I decide to try another email. No response after a week, so I decide to try my luck with tweeting my displeasure at their csm twitter. Finally, I get a prompt response and they ask for a list of alternative players, which I give them. It's now been over 2 months since then, or over 2 years total, and my redemption is still unfulfilled.
I tweeted more displeasure today, and got a quick response that it'll go out today. I'm not holding my breath.

It is pathetic that pretty much all card companies will do this to customers. It literally costs them probably less then a penny per card and then whatever the fee was to get a player to sign xx/xx copies.
