i just noticed this on ebay and the first time i have ever even heard of this box or saw this wrap anyone know what this is about?

I've heard of Historic Autographs, but never knew they wrapped Topps wax boxes.
yeah very odd i am wondering if anyone else knows about this

I've never heard/seen anything like this.
It looks like an "aftermarket" shrink wrap deal to me.
Agreed. Anyone have more info on this?

Looks like an authentication service similar to the BBCE or OPC baseball model. The wrap is only worth a premium if you trust who's wrapping it.
