Wow, people are STILL trying that scam? This was common circa 2005 with Louis Vuitton purses and other designer things like that where the small print at the bottom of the offering says "you are buying a picture of the handbag". I should probably contact the seller and offer to trade for my Nigerian fortune.
I actively collect Kirby Puckett. I have collections of Michael Jordan, Emmitt Smith, Roberto Clemente, Dwight Gooden, Tom Seaver, Errict Rhett and Evan Longoria.
edit/ probably should have posted this part from a blowout member asking the seller what's the deal with the starburst, his reply:
"I crossed paths with him at an inn and out burger in las vegas nevada where he was eating a starbust pack. I asked for one and he threw me the yellow one"
I also reported it. These listings really piss me off. I also messaged the seller with some not so nice words. I’m probably going to be kicked off eBay or suspended lol.
Looks like he has multiple photos for sale, too...what a loser.
Collecting 1970s Topps baseball wax, rack and cello packs, as well as PCGS graded Half Cents, Large Cents, Two Cent pieces and Three Cent Silver pieces.
Is there not a copyright or some other selling an item for profit rule or law he is breaking? How did you even report it if its a photo and not against policy? It is shady as hell but ebays report system is kind of whack with sooo many choices and categories.
have seen those before ... but that does not qualify as exactly looking like PSA lmao
Its very close with the red border and same style slab. Pretty soon some knucklehead will try selling photos of these "graded" cards trying to make a buck

Thank you.
I sent him a message saying:
“You’re better than this. Please take this post down or I’ll have to report it.”
His reply:
“Report me it's under a photo camera excited to photo it says you're getting a photo there is absolutely nothing wrong with this listing I've already talked to eBay and asked if I can do it and they told me I could there's nothing I am not selling a car and I am selling a photograph it is under the photograph category and everything so do whatever you need to do”
The graded card guy is selling the cards graded by his company and subsequently advertising his company. I would think the advertisement ebay may take down for besides the fact the grades are a joke but who knows.

Again, a lowlife.
Someone should take a photo of his listing and sell that.
How can this card be "First Graded" when he has sold 29 of them?
James
You got me. I'm still trying to figure out why it says Mint at the top of the label when its supposedly been graded Gem Mint 10? @lawyer05 seems to have the most knowledge of this company so far, maybe he can answer that question.
I believe the company name is actually MInt but he will have to change the name of the company to "First Graded" since he has 29 of that same card. Dont mind that guy ..... keep looking for some cool raw stuff to grade.... and im probably extending my PSA membership till 2020

That makes more sense. I did a Google search earlier looking for "1st Graded grading service" & "Mint grading service" and they were mostly all ebay listings or forum threads making fun of their product. I did find a Facebook account for MGS in Odessa,Florida but the website link is dead if that was/is the company where talking about? It looks like that company went out of business but maybe not if they're in fact the same people grading Lonzo cards in 2017.

I have never seen “private listing” under the bidders where their identities are hidden. Seems to me he and a buddy are bidding it up to try and influence someone that it is worth more in a private sale.

That actually happens more often than you'd think. Once you see the private listings in the bid history its a sign to find a different card.
MINT - if this was graded, it would be a 9-10! This card is an original, not a reprint, already have the approval from multiple card experts and collectors. This card is worth a lot if you get it graded, but I wouldn´t risk this baby on getting it switched for a lower quality, lower grade card. One for the enthusiastic sports memorabilia collector

LMAO
Only $50 for shipping of a photo!
At least the shipping of one photo is reasonable. Only $50

are these reportable? does this technically not violate their terms?
myslabs.to/smzcards
They're selling a photo, in the correct category, so I don't think it's violating any terms.
I think the shipping charge would be a violation. Or does ebay simply take their cut of that too?
http://www.unisquare.com/store/brick/
Ralph
eBay takes a cut of shipping charges rather than policing outrageous shipping charges.
I am surprised a few zero feedback bidders haven't pushed this rare photo to the moon.
I did report it. Probably won’t do any good but I basically said “come on, this guy is trying to trick people into paying $50 for a photo”.
Anyway, Merry Christmas all!
Lol that would be funny.
An MJ BGS rookie photo would be nice but it has nothing on this Lonzo Ball Starburst. Came across this on Blowout.
