Can't find an autopen that matches this Neil Armstrong auto

Always assumed it to be an autopen but can't find a known autopen that matches. My scanner is junk. The auto is actually on a serial numbered N.A.S.A. photo. Any opinions?

Go to this site, and look at pattern 5A. It's a definite match.

It also has a shaky look to it - I would have guessed autopen even without another example to compare to.
