Babe Ruth Help? Asap

There is a ruth on eBay and I'm not sure on how high to go. It's not graded so I'm needing some options about it. I had it at 50 but it's jumped to 75.00 with a day left. Please help me out on how high i should go and what psa will probably grade it.

    I'd stay away from that one.....it looks fake to me.
