With zero experience as a manager, anywhere, the powers to be have chosen Boone to lead the Yankee team.
How he is more qualified than Joe Girardi, is a mystery to me. I always like Joe G, but, it is what it is.
Boone, the uber Yankee hero of the 2003 playoffs with the even more uber pain of hitting the winning HR in game 7 in Fenway against my team.
Well, he is a descendant of Daniel Boone, a tv series I watched as a kid, so, for that, I wish him well...should be interesting!

So far he has not lost a game!
Aaron bleeping Boone. Must bring back some painful memories for some.

Fellas, leave the tight pants to the ladies. If I can count the coins in your pockets you better use them to call a tailor. Stay thirsty my friends......
Well he is inheriting a great team, sorta like Barry Switzer with the Cowboys so it will be tough to gauge him unless the Yankees fall flat on their face, which I hope they do
Not likely!
