Anyone have EBay increase their seller limits, if so, how did you do it? I maxed out at my 50 free listings for December and would like that number increased. Not worth paying the extra .30 cents, only selling raw cards for a few bucks.
Thanks !

You can call them and request it. They usually say yes. If they don't, they will soon if you do things consistently over time according to their policy.
Are you talking about the number of free listings per month or actual item/$ amount listed limits? If the former, no chance (however, with all the special offers I end up with more free listings that I can use a month). If the latter, it's easy as long as your feedback is in good standing.
Yep, i called them when I first started selling larger volume, and they asked me a couple questions like where I get my inventory and if I use my own pictures. They increased it right away, and have increased it a couple times since to ridiculous levels without me asking.
I also called, 50 free listings is the best they can do for me, after selling on EBay for 14 years. I have lots of cards I wanted to sell at Christmas, told the best I could do is hope for a promotion to increase my limit.
I do not know how you define "larger volumes" I'm selling in excess of 50 items a month with 100% feedback and considered a "Top Rated: Seller with highest buyer ratings"
Thanks for everyone's input !
When at first you don't succeed try, try again (they aren't going to turn away $$$ - just don't give in and open an ebay store).
They should eliminate the listing fees for all but automobiles. Then they can implement a requirement for % of listings that sell to prevent people from loading up thousands of auctions with ridiculous BINs or starting bids. They make the bulk of their revenue from FVF's anyway, so eliminating the listing fees would encourage more listings, resulting in more sales (factoring in the sell through requirement).
A month doesn't go by for me where I don't get a couple different 100 free listings and/or 500 free listings + my 50 every month. I don't know why, never talked to ebay to ask for an increase. Unless it's because I used to never sell, but over the last year have been selling quite a bit.
I did the store the reduction in fee rate well offsets the 20.00 monthly fee
Best place to buy !

Yeah I also did the store, so that might be why they aren't increasing you.
If you list auction style and the item sells they credit your account the listing fee so essentially it is a free listing and you only pay final value fees.
Appreciate today-
