Just received these pops yesterday from another unnamed grading company. The 2 10's are not black labels but 10's none the less. So if you had 3 9.5 and 2 10's would you sell now or do you think his talent will be well worth the hype and the cards will go up? On a side note I also choose wrong. Anyone interested in buying 500 89 Donruss Tom Gordon rookies?

What is the centering grade on your 10s?
Forgot to add this. If you accept he will likely not be as good as Tanaka as a pitcher or Matsui as a batter, then what? He is only 23 and has potential, but how much? I say hold the cards until he has an amazing game and post them with BINs that night to maximize value.
And watch, he'll throw up 14-2 with a 2.01 ERA and hit 43 dongers and I'll be totally wrong.

Centering on the 10's is 10. Both got 9.5 edges and everything else 10. Didn't do to bad had a 10 Bellinger Green Mojo refractor as well. Opened 15 mega boxes and ended with 5 Otani, green Bellinger, green Devers, and Green Moniak. Those subbed 9.5. Plus I got the mega boxes retail so I'm only in $175 for it all. Funny thing about the Otani is the first 3 I pulled I listed on ebay as a lot for $150 and got offers in the $130 range. Didn't sell so I subbed them. 2 of those 3 were the 10's too.

I agree with the above comment, wait until spring training. For myself I would take this route. During the ST hype liquidate a few of them. Covers your cost if he doesn't pan out. If he does meet expectations you still have your other group to cash in on during that hype. Best of luck.

In my opinion, as soon as cards come out in Heritage or Bowman picturing him in an MLB uniform, possibly with an RC logo, these Mojo cards will settle right down. Don't forget what happened with Darvish. His WBC cards were on fire till his RCs came out, then the WBC Bowman Chromes went by the wayside.
