Getting a Close-up photo/pic of a Coin's Date and/or Mint mark

I have several BU 1943 D steel pennies that I think have a RPM and/or a RPD. I am having no luck in trying to get decent shots of these coins that actually shows the date/mm with good resolution. All I have available is an EPSON V37 scanner, my cell phone, and a Canon SX20IS camera. I would like to post pics for your review and comments. The RPM certainly appears to be RPM#13 per the "Cherrypickers' Guide (FS #1c - 019.1). I can not find any information on the RPD (the 4 has a repunch to the east). I hope someone has some ideas, suggestions, or recommendations that will help me produce some acceptable phots.
Thanks.
Jim

use your loop & cell phone. Put your magnifier over your camera lens and take your pictures. Works like a charm

Thank you, Kkathyl. Almost need three hands to do this but with the wife's help I have a couple pics. Now to figure out how to attach them! OPEN for COMMENTS - Thanks
Glad I could help. I bought an old camera at the Goodwill popped out the lens and bought a phone cover at the dollar store. line it up and hot glue it on. for a few dollar made myself a macro camera. just put the phone in the cover when you want to take close ups. no need to use 3 hands.

Thanks, bsshog40. I have looked at the Celestron Pro and am still reviewing scopes.
