The Grader of Death Got Moved In OK

N1: EVIDENCE OF TRIMMING 1959 Topps 163 Sandy Koufax Card
2 1 28490423 EXCELLENT-MINT 6 1975 Topps 500 Nolan Ryan Card
3 1 28490424 MINT 9 1982 Topps 486 Ronnie Lott All-Pro Card
4 1 28490425 NEAR MINT-MINT 8 1985 Topps 401 Mark McGwire 1984 USA Baseball Team Card
5 1 28490426 NEAR MINT-MINT 8 1985 Donruss 273 Roger Clemens Card

The Koufax was broken from a SGC 7 case. The Lott was pulled from a rack pack. It was perfect. The McGwire again pulled from a rack pack and was perfect, no way it is an 8. The Clemens was pulled from a pack, perfectly centers, again no way it is an 8.

    Ouch....

They’ve gotten tough. A few months ago, I subbed about 30 1984 OPC baseball pack pulled cards perfect centering etc and received all 9’s except for 2 10’s on a couple of commons. Cracked them all and just resent yesterday. Are you planning on cracking?

Always looking for OPC "tape intact" baseball wax boxes, and 1984 OPC baseball PSA 10's for my set. Please PM or email me if you have any available.

Very stringent the last few months.

    Thanks,

I think I have no recourse than to crack and re-sub. The good news is these were leftover freebies from CC renewal a while back. Maybe I will get lucky like I did on a Unitas that went from a 4 to a 7.
