"Poor Man's" Up Ladder

Does the following serial number qualify as "Fancy" : K23456879A.

Picture a $1 2003 FRN in a circulated F/VF grade.

If the 8 and 7 were flipped, I know we'd be talking about a very nice Up Ladder collectible, but does this "just missed" version mean anything to the diehard Fancy collectors?

$9.95 on eBay w/ $3 shipping, I bet someone will buy it.

    Here's a close cousin. :)

Tooky, you're right. I can hardly tell my cousin and your cousin apart, aside from that red teller ink or whatever that is on your $5 laddder. My "close but no cigar" is on ebay now as you suggest, we'll see what she brings. It's at least a nice liar's poker bill.
