Manny Pacquiao rookie - Help required!

I have a couple of original Japan World Boxing magazines both with the Manny Pacquiao RC inside, and both look in excellent condition.
My question is how do I go about having these cut as perfectly as possible? Hoping to then submit both and end up with 2 high grade cards. Anyone here can offer assistance please?! I have no idea how to do this myself and would rather leave it to an expert

    Calling @wrestlingcardking

He has cut a few and has produced at least one and I believe two PSA 10's.

Wrestling Card King is probably your best bet. Good luck!

I understand and no worries either way...no expectations on grading, I'd just rather have these cut and encased in a PSA slab than keep them raw in the magazine. Appreciate the reply.
