Left a neutral because he felt the card he purchased didn't deserve PSA 9 grade. Felt card registry wasn't to his standard even though I provided a high resolution scan of the item. $12 item, didn't ask for return. He also has some nasty negs in his history around not delivering cards that were won in auction because the price realized wasn't as much as he had hoped for. Seller/Buyers beware. Thanks.
