If the cello or wax packs will fit in these, I use them (good for wax packs from 1993 and previous and the smaller cello packs, like 1978 for example) - https://www.amazon.com/Ultra-Pro-25count-2-Piece-Plastic/dp/B0002TT3KM/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1511817641&sr=8-1&keywords=25+ultra+pro+box
if they don't fit in those, I put a top loader on the backside and slide the pack+top loader combo into a graded card sleeve - https://www.amazon.com/Resealable-Packages-Protects-Scratching-Beckett/dp/B01CC7451I/ref=sr_1_3?s=sporting-goods&ie=UTF8&qid=1511817726&sr=1-3&keywords=ultra+pro+graded+sleeve
For rack packs - I don't have a good solution as all of my racks are currently in the top loader thing that BBCE provided and are wrapped in BBCE plastic. I bet you could contact BBCE and buy some empty rack top loaders, but I don't know for sure.
I need to figure out a way to display my packs. They are all in card board boxes at the moment. https://www.amazon.com/BCW-Brand-Trading-Cardboard-Graded/dp/B00DQF8ZWG/ref=sr_1_1?s=sporting-goods&ie=UTF8&qid=1511817881&sr=1-1&keywords=graded+card+box
Except for my PSA graded packs and BBCE Racks....they are in separate cardboard boxes.
I use Plano bait and tackle spinner boxes...they are perfectly sized to store packs upright and you can typically store upwards of 20 packs in one depending on size.
Collecting 1970s Topps baseball wax, rack and cello packs, as well as PCGS graded Half Cents, Large Cents, Two Cent pieces and Three Cent Silver pieces.
Right on, brother. Me too!
I go toploader and team bag first and then that goes into the spinner box. The dividers are completely adjustable so you can put them wherever you want. They're perfect.
