Origin of 1977 3 card Topps strip? (Seaver, Munson, Hunter)

I think this has been discussed here before but I can't find it. Does anyone know the origin of this 1977 Topps strip? It's not just cut from an uncut sheet (too coincidental with 3 New York icons). I believe there are also strips with different cards (maybe Phillies, if I'm not mistaken).

I'm going to throw out the possibility that they were included as inserts in the "Dynamite" magazines that would be sold through the mail orders in the grade schools in the 70s and 80s.
Thanks for the lead. I just searched for 1977 Topps Dynamite Magazine and it looks like they are all 6 card sheets of random players. The mix of the cards above (all NY, all stars) leads me to believe it is something different.
There are 3 card Dynamite panels listed on eBay as well, but only just a quick search revealed them all to be 78s. I did not delve deeper. Good luck!
The 78s show the same "Slit A" writing.
The Slit A and lines are indicators of an uncut sheet. Look into the frame on the 79 Munson uncut sheet. Sorry about the bad picture. Would need to see. 77 uncut sheet 132 cards to verify

Yup, just part of an uncut sheet.
Strong star power on that sheet.
