Not an error unfortunately. The paper is just peeled up from the security strip.

Ok, Thanks. One more doubt. What about the long of the strip, i have compared to many others $100 bills and it looks longer.
Saw this happening as soon as they came out, made packs stack goofy .
I thought it could be rare.
