Do I just have bad luck or it is normal to wait 74 days for an email reply from PSA Customer Service? Thanks for your input and concern.

The biggest lesson I've learned in this hobby, and in life, is that if you have a strong conviction, you owe it to yourself to see it through. Don't sell yourself, or your investments, short. Unless the facts change. Then sell it all.

My experience has been more like 74 minutes. But that's usually set registry customer service.
I'd say most of mine have been in the 3-4 week range

when i had a real issue and sent an email, i knew it was going to be forever. called and spoke to a rep directly who was able to pull my email and take over my case directly. from then on, i was emailing him directly to his email as opposed to the general box. he was responding very quickly that was as opposed to waiting on someone in the customer service queue to respond.
