Very frustrated with the PSA Autograph service

I sent 8 items for autograph authentication. 6 of them I know for a fact were authentic as they were signed in person, 2 of these 6 that were signed in person came back as questionable.
It is very frustrating because 1 of them was a Jimi Hendrix autograph - it cost $250 plus the $25 premium fee. Plus its a very valuable signature so the shipping was more costly. Had this autograph been purchased second-hand I would be understandable of its questionable nature.
This auto was signed in person and we still have the ticket stub from the concert.
I guess I am just venting because I'm out $350+ for 2 autographs that are 100% legit.
