constantinople 330-337?

I was told

this coin was a constantinople 330-337

I am unable to locate any coin where it facing right. They all face left.

Is it possible it’s something else?

Yes, I think this is much earlier than the Constantinopolis commemoratives of the 4th century AD. The types are similar to those issues, as you mention, but the obverse inscription below the portrait appears to be in Greek. My best guess was Pergamon, capital of a wealthy successor state of Alexander the Great's empire, situated in north western Anatolia. I didn't find it in David Sear's "Greek Coins and their Values, Vol. 2", but a quick search of CNG's archives turned up this example.

So your coin is a good 400+ years older than you were told it was. Nice find!
