Question for the NCAA rules experts.

First off I make no excuses for the 3 Bruin Bums that committed grand theft in China.

Question though, does the NCAA permit the school to give the kids a few hundred bucks each pocket money when they travel to exotic locales like China, or does their indentured status continue even internationally?

They sure don't give them Louis Vuitton money so I don't think it would have mattered

Not my point mark. I suspect that Ball had loads of loot in his pocket.

I guess he didn't need a large stipend after all. Just a thief

One suspects that the theft career didn't begin in Asia. Old man does seem to have a bit of Fagin in him.
