I recently purchased a HK-356A medal Graded MS-63BN by NGC and #3259600-002. This medal is 34.5 mm but is flat brown and appears to be bronze. Monday, 11/13/17, I'll check with NGC as I've never seen silver tarnish to a chocolate brown.

It's not silver. Even so, it's a nice medal though!
I prefer the larger size and the more ornate reverse over the common smaller medal. Oh well...
