any forum members able to speak french and help me resolve a problem in Quebec with a card?

I have an issue I need to resolve, but the other party speaks little to no English....he is French-Canadian. I am have used google translate, but the situation has moved beyond that app. I am looking for any assist if anyone wants to help PM and I will explain. thank you.
