I don't think the obverse is anything special; however, the reverse may be. You'll need to take several new images and rotate the coin into different positions to the light. There are many coins that look doubled for various reasons including the reflection of light. I checked my 1917-D cent and it did not have what looks like the doubling on the banner of your coin.
