@Timbuk3, thanks! I appreciate the feedback on my website, new purchases, etc. I had a record number of views last night between Forum members and regular customers. Sales were good also.

This was the most viewed coin, and a fun one to study if you haven't seen this die marriage and die state in the past. I it an 1818 25C Capped Bust Quarter B-9 VLDS PCGS XF40, with clashing from the reverse of the three arrows and the 25C clearly visible in the fields above Liberty's head.

I'll have this quarter (if not sold) and a large inventory of early U.S. and other quality coins at my Table 818 at the Whitman Baltimore show this week.

The 1807 Draped Bust Quarter (see photo above) was the second most viewed coin.

Thanks @1630Boston! Appreciate the kind words.

This 1799/8 15 Star Reverse Dollar caught my eye too when I first saw it. The toning is so original looking and I love the two "hidden stars" (with the star points showing under the bottom of the clouds) in the first and last cloud on the reverse. I have collected and researched the early U.S. silver dollars 1794 to 1803 for over 30 years now. I bought my first early dollar, an beautiful and original toned 1800 Draped Bust, Heraldic Eagle Dollar when I lived in Minneapolis in the 1980s.

For those who haven't seen the 1799/8 Dollar @1630Boston referenced and are interested, here is a photo:

I'm heading to the Whitman Baltimore show today.

I will have a large inventory of early silver and a fair number of type coins. I'm also looking to take quality coins on consignment or to purchase. I will have Table 818 (actually 3 tables) with Gerry Fortin, right across from Heritage.

Hope to see some of you there. Should be a great show and auction. Thanks.

Thanks @Kkathyl The Baltimore show was a good one for me and W. David Perkins Numismatics. I got to talk to a lot of collectors, dealers, and Numismatists as well as buy and sell quite a few nice coins. I was steadily busy all three days Thursday through Friday). Missed lunch Thursday and Friday, and I never skip lunch (except it seems at the large shows)!

For those interested, I will be posting new purchases from Baltimore over the next week or so. They will be listed on my website at http://www.davidperkinsrarecoins.com/ .

Here's a photo of a beautifully and deeply toned 1800 AMERICAI Dollar I purchased in the Stack's auction. I paid for it on Saturday morning around 10:00am, walked from Stack's to my Table 818, showed it to a collector at the table, and he bought it right away. Only owned it for 10 minutes or so!

    Thanks again.
