There is no mint error option on the online submission form?

I don't see specifically on the online form where it says "mint error" but on the hand written/PDF form, mint error service is lumped in with "special issues" for whatever reason....can I safely assume that's the same thing on the online form and that it'll go through properly as a mint error submission? The turnaround time and price is the same, but I wanted to make sure they knew my intent.

Is this the same:

As this?

I was kinda confused about that, too. I've submitted many coins, but never an error, and this has me borderline stressed out...well, not really, but it seems like a flaw in the system. It would make more sense to choose a tier based on value, then for mint error to be an added service that would of course, add extra time. Or at least, lift the value limit.

Hmm, that's odd. Never submitted the old fashioned way. Do PDF submissions show up the same on your account on the website when they check them in and the grade is back?

all of my pre-online "old submissions" show up in my account, so I imagine any paper submission would post the same way. it's probably why they send along submission forms with a returned order and renewed subscription. I assume they will fix this online but have no idea when that might be. send CS an e-mail or call, they tend to be very helpful.

Cool, thanks. Looks like the system could use some updating, but it's all good.

How come a paper order form shows $60 for mint errors? No secure service.
