I'm not clear on exactly which one cent football wrappers exist. I'm clear on the 1956-1959,1961 and 1964 repeating one centers. I've also seen a non-repeating 1959. But...
I've seen a 1960, but couldn't tell whether it was repeating or not...do both variations exist for that year as with baseball?
Is there a non-repeating 1961 one center?
Were there any one cent packs from 1962,1963 or 1965?

I have a repeating 1962 Topps football penny wrapper that I paid a "pretty penny" for about 10 years ago. Unfortunately, I don't know about the others you're asking about.
I looked for my copy of Mark Murphy's 1990s unopened pack, display box, and wrapper guide but couldn't find it. If someone has one handy, maybe they could look in there and see if he has pictures and/or prices for any of the Topps football penny wrappers. Even if he just has prices, that would at least suggest that they exist.
Cool! I've never seen one of these before.
And Murphy's book lists one centers existing all the way up through '64, but there are no pictures of the ones I'm asking about, except there is a non-repeating '60.

Thanks, I'd really like to see a picture to be sure what really exists as there are a lot of incorrect statements on web sites.
Whoops, I thought I had looked, how did I miss this?
So I think the only repeating 1-center from 1956-1964 I have never seen a picture of is 1960. Anyone seen one of those?
Dave, I won this 60 football wrapper strip lot in Mile High's September auction--pretty sure the one cent strips are the repeating version but since it's a strip of more than one wrapper i'm getting dizzy trying to decide!!
