Last quarter I had $8.81 in eBay bucks and forgot to spend it. I wonder if that has anything to do with the fact that this is the first time in a really long time that I didnt get the email.

I've never seen that before, but I am definitely 8% over $50 and nothing for $25. I double checked.

they have algorithms in the background that take into account your buying patterns, especially the last time you bought, average purchase, etc. so 6% vs 85 and frequency of when an offer pops up at all, are not surprising to see.
I have been in the eBay bucks program for years now and still never received a single offer.

Received the 8 x bucks! I always wondered if they factor in selling offers if you accept or not when they determine the the Ebay bucks offers. I always click on the 100 free listings etc.... that they send. I never even max out what they give me for free but I figure it can't hurt to accept all offers even if I don't use them.
But the weird thing is that they have never done two different promos at the same time.
