NPBs. Is it ok to add their names in item descriptions to warn others?

Ok, so we all hate non paying bidders. It's a pain in the butt and it waste seller's time. I was thinking of adding all my NPB'ers to the bottom of my item descriptions for all to see. I know buyers also sell, and maybe my list can be used for sellers to block these dorks and save them the hassle of getting the run around. Maybe if all sellers this did and provided their own blocked bidders list, they would save everyone a lot of headaches.
Good idea? Bad idea? Against ebay policy? Thoughts.

Regardless of the answers to your questions here....there are so many NPBs....that offering a list or combining a list from others would probably reach the post character limit and then some. NPBs are a fact of life at this point. Scammers on the other hand, that is where information exchange may be more useful.

I suspect ebay would look down upon that and something that was less than good would happen to your account.

Just block them and move on.
