1959 Topps #10 Mantle PSA 7 for $16.56?

There are 2 listings for the same card in the VCP listings, the first on 9/24 for $23.55 and the last on 10/21 for $16.56. Same card from 2 different sellers in China. VCP should catch bogus sales this far out of whack. Obviously bogus sales. This is a head scratcher. Really drives down the average, but why would anyone want to do that?

You can report each sale to VCP and they'll check into it and remove them.

I reported these to VCP the same day I posted here. They removed the 2 bogus sales and the VCP went up something like $400. VCP is really good following up on errors etc.
