Opinion on card grade for Durant & Mullins rookie card

Just wanted to get you opinions on the grade of these rookie cards I purchased.
Notice bottom side right of the Mullins card is a little scratched.

Durant:9/10. Mullins:7/8. Poor centering and that right vertical edge are negatives.

I agree that the Durant looks like a possible 9 or 10 and is worth subbing. The Mullin will not be worth subbing as I don't think it gets anything higher than a 7 (probably lower based on pics so far).
