Haven't submitted to PCGS in a while and now I see the process has changed....

I can enter my submission number and look at it ("In Process") but it doesn't appear under my orders. Is this normal? Will the "In Process" status change as it advances in grading? Or is the next step the grades?

Grades is still the next step, but you need to adjust your "My Orders" criteria to get them to show up, usually date range is the issue.

I had it set to last 60 days....setting it to "this year" and now I see it. Thanks!
