I'd like to see Alex Cora as the first option with Varitek second. If Cora gets hired maybe even see if Varitek would take the bench coach position.

Well, if Varitek gets the nod, and the Yankees fold, maybe Joe G loses his job and they hire ARod as the mgr. Sure would be interesting exchanging the lineup cards at home plate.

I lost track of Cora after he left the Red Sox...he's been around...Dodgers, Indians, Red Sox, Mets, Rangers, Nationals, Cardinals, Tigers. As long as I don't see Yankees in the mix, I'm good.
