This isn't good. I finally wrote off the last remnants of interest in the NFL and kissed baseball goodbye nearly 20 years ago when steroids ruled the stats.

The MLB playoffs this year, four hour games and all have grabbed my interest.....the frightening part though is that I think I am becoming a Yankee's fan.

I grew up in Detroit and hated the Yankee's. Detroit though is history to me and the pinstripes, the Yankee stadium crowd.....the...

Just remember how Billy Martin tried to steal a home run from George Brett
on some stupid technicality and its easy to hate the Yankees.
Funny that it backfired on the little piece of trash.
Not to mention the A.L. playoffs in 76,77, and 78.
I'll always hate scum like cheap shot artist Nettles, as well as
Martin, Reggie and others that wore the prison issue pinstripes.

Billy tossed a ball to my dad when he managed the Tigers. I need better motivation.

Very easy. Lifelong Dodger fan here. If you are considering rooting for the Yankees, you really do need an intervention.

I forget what year it was. Yankees/Dodgers WS and Nettles played the best 3rd Base ever. The Dodgers couldn't get a ball by him. Lasorta was beside himself in the dugout. It was fun to watch.

1978; same year Reggie stuck out his hip to deflect the throw from 2nd to 1st.

I would suggest an MRI to see if your hypothalamus has any possible damage.

Once you have the assurance of your physician, perhaps a move to Colorado would help you see things more clearly, or not. B)
