The uniform dates the photograph to 1920, but I'm not sure the card is that old.

It's in the SCD as 1921 W-Unc Self developing strip card.

Oops, spoke too soon. Size doesn't match up and here is a picture of the Alexander from the 1921 W-UNC self developing set.
Whatever it is, it's obscure. I'm going back to my original advice of taking this to Net54.

Not the same set, especially if the back of the OP's card is blank, but it sure reminds me of the relatively similar 1922-23 The Champion - Sporting Champions set.
There are no baseball cards in that English set but I see the similarities.
