Let's talk T206

These seem like a neat set.
But with 350 of them it seems hard to do.
Other then the Honus (the stopper), Eddie Plank ($$$) and Cobb (hard enough) it seems doable.
Thoughts?

Many collectors would be thrilled if it was only 350 cards. Unfortunately, there are 524, not counting back variations and other super-rare oddities. It's the coolest set ever produced, with so many different ways to collect.
Net54 is a fantastic resource for this set - here's a good thread to start: http://net54baseball.com/showthread.php?t=145243

The set is definitely "doable" depending on how much dinero you want to commit to it. Aside from a few cards, the majority of the set is readily attainable depending on what minimum condition you are seeking. It can get pricey though. The Demmitt and O'Hara variations, Magie, 4 Ty Cobb cards, 3 Cy Young cards, 3 Mathewson cards, 48 Southern Leaguers, and dozens upon dozens of other HOFers is what can add up quickly.
The links TNP777 provided are a very good start for someone considering the set. They don't call it "The Monster" for nothing.
Well thank you very much for the link.
It seems others agree that it's a cool set.
