Here are a couple of pictures of a British rarity, the 1848/7 sixpence. Nicely struck version, with several die breaks and a clear overdate. Only criticism IMO is that it appears
dipped and may have lost lustre, although it could be the photography as well.

I would guess it's been acetoned instead of dipped, but it's hard to tell.

I had a VGish specimen I bought for $20 on eBay about 10 years ago that looks rather plain compared to this one. This is an underrated date in top condition and may be near in rarity to the more known 1854, the Cheshire specimen of that date probably near the top and under graded at a time that I think they really didn't appreciate clashes on these.
On the OP coin, I think there may be some very light scattered hairlines and a dagger (die scratch or defect) shooting from the queen's nose & maybe some of QV's hair re-engraved.
