I did a PCGS submission 3 weeks ago. I could not complete the order online using all online forms. I called Customer Service. They said they were having problems...... Fine... I pulled out the "paper forms" and submitted. Checking in today I noticed they have changed the website. My order no longer showed up. I called customer Service, they said to find the submission number and put the submission number in manually and it will pull up. It did! So if you are trying to find your submission with the new website, get the submission number and put it in the search field (magnifying glass) and you will find it.

Might be easier for some....
I think the time frame defaulted to the last month. If you just open up the frame to 120 days, recent submissions should show up? (Worked for me, anyway).
Well that works better!!! I wish they would have told me that..
I changed the sort order to date received newest first. My pending order came up on the top of the list. It seems like change for the sake of change.

There are a couple filters you can use to populate your past and recent submissions
1. Type in submission number to view a specific order
2. Use the Calendar Filter to select a date range, the past 30/60/120 days, past year
3. Use the Submission Filter to view your orders newest to oldest, shipped date, received date
