Error? Or tamperd with? If not help explain why this happens please

Hey guys I have crappy photos bc my loop isn't with me but can get the other side tomorrow, It's a 1990 d and not sure what to make about this?

    Is it the corrosion spots or the area around the letters with the silver color showing thru the copper?

    It looks to be a whole nother spot of letters. But I'm new to this. Do you need better pics

    Are you saying you see faint lettering on or behind the field (flat portion or background of the face of the coin) and/or the existing devices/lettering? If so I can't see it.

    I'll take a better picture and zoom in and if than you can't than thanks you! But yes to me on a few letters it looks like more behind as off it was doubled or something
