PSA 10 Donruss Optic but with a cardstock defect? This normal?

I just took delivery of a 2017 Panini Donruss Optic Aaron Judge #38. It’s already graded a PSA 10, however when looking it over I immediately noticed what appears to be some kind of lump in the card stock. I don’t have another one to compare to, and being my first Donruss Card, not sure if it’s normal. This is the second time recently I’ve got a card graded a 10 with what appeared to be a “defect”. If I see it, PSA must’ve. You think they concluded the card is still a 10 anyways or they overlooked this. Tried to catch it in the light. It’s a small raised bump that distorts the rainbow glare of the card making it stick out. Seller has no more of these in stock and I can’t say it’s their fault as PSA graded it, not the seller. Not sure if it’s even worth bringing up to them anyways. I should also note that the defect wasn’t caused by a pressed or impacted object, the back of the card has no defect at all.
