Pattern in a penny

Found this penny and not sure why it seems to have lines on it. Any guesses. Acetone does not remove it

    They are my favorite error. I got a bunch. Some you can only see if you move the penny around in the light. Like you tilt it. Some are only on one side some on both sides.
