Now there really is no reason to go to this show! (For me anyway)

I won't be going - for this and several other reasons.

You would go to a coin show just to submit coins?

Perhaps the grading is a little different or you'll have freshly graded coins to sell at the show.

Disappointing considering that is the only large show for us folks in the Midwest, I guess NGC will get my submission.

Not likely since they never grade here anyway! They onsite grade at just a handful of shows.

Primarily, yes, for many reasons. While I am there, I look around of course.

Am I missing something? You say you are not going because they stopped grading there and now you say they never did????

He is saying that NGC never graded there (in reply to someone who said they would submit to NGC at the show). PCGS are the ones that are now stopping.

2017 was my first year going as previous years I had college classes I could not miss which prevented me from going (this year I just skipped my classes and lost points to go).

It's expensive for them to bring all the equipment and manpower to do onsite grading. Overnight the coins to headquarters, job gets done on time and cheaper.
