I had an agreement with this seller and he told me he would let me know when he figured out what shipping would cost and shortly after messaged me they were sold.

There was no formal agreement! Seller did not wish to pay the Paypal fees and preferred Money Order, which I did not prefer for this item. He also asked "IF" I would send via Priority mail vs. Registered mail, which I did not wish to do as I intend to fully insure anything that I ship to anyone. I did not wish to quivel over Paypal, insurance and shipping fees, when I already had another buyer who agreed to terms set forth in listing. I apologized to MorganMan twice for any misunderstanding and even offered him a similar deal -- but again, why quivel about shipping charges when price was so low in first place? What I said was 'maybe' we could come to an agreement, but that didn't happen as someone else wanted item as listed, and did not quivel about the terms/shipping fees.
