Ever see these PCGS grades on a holder before?

I thought that it was kind of weird and I was surprised that PCGS does this. Seems a bit confusing to me....

Hello! They grade both the host coin and the counterstamp, if that is what surprise you(?).
I have never seen both grades on a PCGS coin before and I have sols with Guatemalan counterstamps in PCGS holders...
I understand where the grades from but I would think the coin would be graded as one item.

These are 2 examples more. I do not know for how long they have been doing it but as you can see, grade on both, host coin and counterstamp.
It's pretty common for PCGS to grade both the hot and the counterstamp.

While I'm familiar with the practice, I do find it odd that they graded the coin MS62 and the counterstamp Unc Details.
I think it's the other way around... (the counterstamp) 1894 Guatemala peso MS62 (counterstamped on) 1887 Peruvian Sol Unc Details.
See, confusing huh? LOL.
Either way, it is new to ME (and I'm not to PCGS slabs or counterstamps) and it isn't 100% clear to an "insider".
Grades and language choices aside, we all know how time works... I'm 100% confident you can't counterstrike an 1894 coin with a 1887 counterstamp (at least without a DeLorean), so it must be the other way around.
This might seem obvious, but the Unc Details comes from the counterstamping. It must take good eyes to grade the counterstamping as MS 62.
