Increase in auction shilling

Anyone else notice a spike in auction shilling lately on ebay. Almost every day now it seems that there is either a suspected or obvious shill going on. Two that I have noticed in the past couple of days has bid % into the 60-70% range and across every possible category. The one I was currently looking at was the 2017 Judge Silver Pack Chrome where a low FB bidder has a 74% bid rate with this guy on every single card the guy has had for auction the last couple of months and has a handful of retractions as well.

The worst part is that reporting it does nothing since, even in a case like this being so obvious, all ebay allows you to do is report it without any additional comment like "Hey, this bidder with 63 FB is the shill account", not that it would do any good anyway.

Then to top it all of, I get a warning from ebay about trying to do a sale off-ebay, when I wasnt even the person who asked about it. I called ebay CS and they said an item got flagged because someone tried multiple times to send me an email address with an offer to pay off site, which the sale never took place

I read the post.......... I wondered WTF,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,. But I was quickly able to divert the concern to others who may be/have also read it. There are people in the world who would follow you to the end, am sure. If not though, request please to follow up here on how the sale ended, If 'never took place' is the final chapter, please then again.....get a goldfish.
