The app showed me 8%, so I used the desk-top as I had a $5 PayPal coupon and a gift card.

Fyi, Samsung Pay regularly has gift card promos between 5%-20% off and Ebay is usually included. Unlike Apple Pay, Samsung Pay also works on the magnetic swipe, which has amazed several stores (primarily take-out restaurants). The additional rewards and promotions have been great, too. Doe Apple Pay offer rewards for using the app?

When I checked out with the app it showed 8% the whole time. Then afterwards I checked on the website and it reflected the 10% ebay bucks in my account.

Exact thing happened to me and I only accepted the offer on my PC, not my app.
