I apologize for being MIA for so long. I had forgotten about the thread since I usually post in the U.S. coins and BST sections the most.
This coin is very difficult to photograph. It has a high dish like relief near the rims. The weakness in the True View is exaggerated. I'll try to take some additional images Wednesday or Thursday. I'll also see if I can get close-ups of the "D" in the denomination. Thanks!
I'm trying to find a way to post video I took of the coin. Here are a couple of quick pics taken with my tablet. The doubling is actually a very interesting artifact from pull away toning.

The pics are from when the coin was in an old ANACS holder.
I don't see it because of the weakness in the strike from 6:00 - 12:00 on the reverse

I agree rb. Possible +, but it's very hard to get a 68.
I agree with Nick, soft strike may hold it back. Heck, who knows...give it a try.
In this pic the D in Dime looks doubled and not MD.
