Do I still need Photobucket?

Now that Photobucket won't let you "share" scans anymore, at least not for free, and the new software here allows you to upload images straight from your PC, is there any use for it? I suppose an image hosting program is still good for storing pictures and scans in the cloud, but what other purpose would it have? I've used Photobucket for years but only for posting scans here, and it's new layout is awful, so I'm thinking of using Flickr just as a backup to my hard drive/USB sticks basically as an inventory for card scans.

I'd appreciate any thoughts on this. It would be a lot of work to upload everything to Flickr if there's really no need. Any other image hosting sites you like? I'm not crazy about Imgur's layout, nor Tinypics.

I use collector focus and it is easy and free!

Use imgur. Was always better than PB anyway
