What is wrong with this picture??

Hint, it has to do with the uniform specifically. The link is only provided so you can zoom on the picture, not my auction:

Has any other team used this feature for their uniforms??

Zippers? Yes, I believe so. I've seen other Mitchell and Ness throwback jerseys with them. I want to say the Mel Ott period of red, white, and blue New York Giants jerseys used them, as well as Chicago White Sox at some point, 50s?, perhaps. There is a guy, Paul Lukas, that runs a blog and often contributes articles to ESPN about uniform variations or color changes, commemorative patches, etc. I believe his blog was called "Uni-Watch". You could Google it and find it fairly easily, I'd think. If you're into the history of uniforms, I recommend it. He covers all sports, including college.

It's been awhile since I checked in, but yes, searching "Paul Lukas Uni-Watch" will take you right to his page. Apparently, Kluber pitched recently with his jersey sewn shut. Perhaps the V-neck pullover and sans-a-belt pants and powder blue roadies for everyone is about to make a comeback! Haha!

Yep, the zipper. I will have to check that out.

Here's another photo of a zipper... also, Chris Creamer's Sports Logos is another page to look up if you like to learn about the history of uniforms, logos, etc.

Yet another example...I need to give credit to OldSchoolImages and his just started thread of "If 1950 Bowman and '57 Topps had a baby..." for this photo. Apparently, zippers were much more prevalent than even I realized.
